How do I download the free eTranscript viewer?
In order to open, view and work with your E-Transcript file, you will need to download and install the free E-Transcript Bundle Viewer on to your computer. The E-Transcript Bundle Viewer may be downloaded free of charge this link : Download the free E-Transcript Viewer here. After downloading and installing the file on to your computer, you will have the E-Transcript Viewer icon on your desktop. You need only install the viewer once and then you can open, view and work with any E-Transcript file.

What is your standard (non expedited) turn-around time?
Our Standard turn-around is 10 to 14 business days, with expedited delivery readily available upon request.
Do you charge travel expenses for overnight jobs?
While we do not charge mileage in NC, we are happy to negotiate travel fees on a per job basis.
Are you certified to work in all court venues?
Absolutely!!
How do I know I am going to receive a good transcript?
All of our transcripts are centrally processed to ensure accuracy and consistency. We live and die by our motto: WE PROOF ALL OF OUR WORK BEFORE YOU DO!
Do you have certified court reporters?
Our certified reporters meet all of the standards and continued education requirements to retain certification.
What areas do you regularly cover?
We regularly cover the entire state of North Carolina, and parts of South Carolina without travel fees.
